Yes all, that's really how it happened. Louie forced me by TEH CLAW to not move from the couch, and forget about the fruit juice that exploded in the 'fridge 3 weeks ago.

I've had the GameCube in the house of pain for over 24 hours. I've slept a bit, unpacked...and of course rocked out on the love of that is GameCube.

Sorry for no updates, but after a month away in the land of the rising sun, I felt I deserved a full day on the GameCube. So I grabbed a 24 pack of dew for myself, and a bag of fresh nip for my boy...and it was a Cubefest today.

So far, Wave Race really took most of my time. I want to open up all the tracks...and well...it's challenging. Old school planeteers know I've been dying for this game...and let me tell you...IT ROCKS! Waves actually TOSS YOUR ASS. It's that good folks.

I got a little further in Luigi's Mansion, and played the expert level in Monkey Ball.

Right now, Monkey Ball is the snack - palet wetter, Wave Race is dinner, and Luigi is dessert. Not to say Wave Race is the best of the bunch...but I'm in training to kick Justin Nations ass. And yes, I have to start right NOW.

So no new impressions right now? I afraid not. I'm beat. My body clock is a little screwed right now. Plus, I want to get a lot of game time in before I give my full impressions. That's what you get for running until empty. Not that I'm complaining. I'm just too old for this s--t. Cough.

All I have to say is this...

It was worth the wait. The GameCube is absolute heaven in a tiny box. Waiting in line for 13 hours was well worth it. I do have plenty of updates coming for you, I promise. But for now, a little game time is in order.
